CME ACCREDITATION
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The Institute for Medical Studies (IMS) and American Society of Endoscopic and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (ASEMISS).
The number of CME Credits will be determined upon review of the final program.

The exhibition will be open from Friday, October 25 until Saturday, October 26, at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet representatives of pharmaceutical and diagnostic equipment companies at their
booths to discuss new developments and receive up-to-date product information.

CONFIRMATION
Registrations are billed and charged by ASEMISS American Society of Endoscopic
and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (289 Market Street, Suite 5, Saddlebrook, NJ
07663, USA). Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Meeting Secretariat
(CONGRESSLINE LTD) upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation
has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to
contact the Meeting Secretariat via email at [email protected].
PAYMENT
Registrations are billed and charged by ASEMISS (American Society of Endoscopic
and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (289 Market Street, Suite 5, Saddlebrook, NJ
07663, USA). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after October
20, 2024, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
